Applying to Multimodal AI Lab

If you are interested in joining our lab, please send me an email with your CV. The CV should include your GPA and English proficiency score.

Lab internship / Individual Study

We welcome students in the third year of their study or above. The deadline for application is 2 months before the start date.

Prospective MS students

For MS, you are not required to have an advisor at the time of application. Lab placement takes place after the admissions decision.

Preference will be given to those who have completed an internship in our lab, or have previous relevant experience.

MS/PhD offers will be made only to exceptionally qualified candidates. I encourage that you apply to the MS program first.

Prospective PhD students

For PhD, you are required to have an advisor in the EE department at the time of application.

Preference will be given to students who have completed a master's degree under my supervision. I will still consider highly qualified candidates with strong publication records from other groups.

International students

You must to be comfortable in either Korean or English. We recommend that you have one of the following qualifications: TOPIK (한국어능력시험) Level 5, TOEFL iBT 100, TOEIC 900.
